Below is a resume that summarizes my skills that qualify me for the position of any kind of engineering or construction job, or a job to help those less fortunate, or to share the Word of God. I have over 40 years experience planning, scheduling, organizing manpower and equipment, preparing budgets and forecasting, and directing as needed. I have knowledge of construction techniques and equipment, field construction staffing administration, and strong computer skills. I have been managing all activities of assigned projects to ensure company objectives for customer satisfaction, safety, quality control, production, cash flow and profit are met within a timely manner. In addition, I have experiences being responsible for the project management system, tools and personnel for all assigned projects.
I have a BS degree (and 3 more degrees) with experience managing engineering and construction of multimillion dollar power generating facilities, chemical and manufacturing facilities, water and wastewater treatment plants, capital improvements projects and maintenance of nuclear power plants, a temporary staffing firm for engineers and technicians, a commercial and residential construction company, an interior decorating service, a pallet manufacturing facility, a computer service office, a retail business, a landscaping service, real estate holdings, other small businesses, and lately, non-profit organizations and churches. I am also a journeyman carpenter and journeyman painter and interior decorator, working for others and then founding organizations that put teams together.
Today I desire to follow Gods will in my life. If you or your organization thinks that God might have something to do with you considering me to help you, then please call. Your earliest response will be appreciated.
