Aloha,
Below is a resume that summarizes my
skills that qualify me for the position of any kind of engineering or
construction job, or a job to help those less fortunate, or to share the Word
of God. My skills qualify me and my partners
or business associates for the being licensed as a General Contractor
for any kind of engineering or construction project, including homes,
shopping centers, office buildings, information centers, and even chemical and
manufacturing facilities. I have over 40 years
experience planning, scheduling, organizing manpower and equipment, preparing
budgets and forecasting, and directing as needed. I have knowledge of
construction techniques and equipment, field construction staffing
administration, and strong computer skills. I have been managing all
activities of assigned projects to ensure company objectives for customer
satisfaction, safety, quality control, production, cash flow and profit
are met within a timely manner. In addition, I have experiences being
responsible for the project management system, tools and personnel for all
assigned projects. Experienced
using the International Building Code (2000).
I
have a BS degree (and more degrees and over 90 certificates) with experience managing engineering and construction of multimillion
dollar power generating facilities, chemical and manufacturing facilities,
water and wastewater treatment plants, capital improvements projects and
maintenance of nuclear power plants, a temporary staffing firm for engineers
and technicians, a commercial and residential construction company, an interior
decorating service, a pallet manufacturing facility, a computer service office,
a retail business, a landscaping service, real estate holdings, other small
businesses, and lately, non-profit organizations and churches. I am also a journeyman carpenter and
journeyman painter and interior decorator, working for others and then founding
organizations that put teams together.
Some of my companies include Dynamic BEE Technical Services which
was licensed in the state of Illinois as a General Contractor in 1975 and
subsequent years until 1997. Solar BEE Homes was licensed in the states of
Virginia in 1984 and in the state of South Carolina in 1999 (and subsequent

instrumentation, building improvements, and other systems; prepared drawings
and specifications. Experienced
in finite element stress analysis, seismic analysis, fluid flow, piping design,
structural design, welding, plant layout, specifications, MTO, and mechanical
design.

Code 2000, UBC, OSHA, BOCA, CABO, ANSI, ASME, AISC, ASTM, AWS, WRC, CFR,
ASQC, ACI, OSHA, NRC, and other codes.

· Keynote speaker at several hundred organizational meetings. Wrote
over 100 articles in periodicals.
Presented energy courses to thousands. Made presentation to US
Senate Hearing in 1983 with a 66-page dissertation on nuclear power
construction.

and serve food to the homeless on Waikiki Beach. Also, provide spiritual
guidance as God directs me in the Life Recovery Ministry. We had provided almost 100,000 meals for the
300 homeless in Waikiki as of February 2009.
